Ok, so I might have gotten a little carried away lol, but oh what fun I had playing with my Stickles on this LO. Thanks for stopping by :)

3 Layouts From Last Night

I've had this paper forever! Last night I pulled it out and thought I'd add a little sparkle to it with some of my Glimmer Mist which did the trick. I used my Copics to get the right colour for my title and played with some liquid pearls and MM specialty glaze on the letters to give them a little shimmer as well.


I got this cute idea from Stacy Cohen's blog. I just love this photo of DH and Emily and thought my Cosmo Cricket Early Bird kit would be just perfect for this LO. Check out Stacy's blog here. She does some truly amazing work!


What's that saying? Measure twice and cut once? Clearly I need to remind myself of that more often as after cutting out my cherry patterned paper, I realized the cherries were facing the wrong way lol. Oh well, C'est la vie!

Full Throttle Crop and Stamp

Here's all the details about Sue D's Full Throttle Crop/Fundraiser happening on September 26th from 10 am to 8 pm at BC Christian Academy in Port Coquitlam. Imagine 10 hours of crop time to work on your projects! It's going to be a great event and so much fun! Sue D, Diane and I will all be teaching classes. Lunch and Dinner is available and included in your crop fee along with make and takes, door prizes and other fun events! The In Colours

While I'm waiting for my SU order to arrive with my Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set, I decided to design one of the cards for the class that I'll be teaching in September. Perhaps I'll use this Flight of the Butterfly set too as it's also a great set for birthday cards. I love these In Colours! They're so bright and cheery!

Ohhhh! I am loving this new Hostess set, The More the Merrier! I also came up with another fridge magnet. This one, my own design. I'll be teaching a class at the crop/fundraiser I was telling you about in my last post and am working on some prototypes. Imagine this cupcake in the new In Colours. That's where I'm going with this. I'll have more details for you all soon.
