I've been in the mood to scrap with bright, funky, cheery colours so when I saw the cute little tic tac toe pattern on the Sassafras blog I had to give it a try. I used some of the Sassafras embellies and then made some of my own to match. This is what I came up with. Thanks for stopping by :)

A Little Bit of Whimsy
I had fun playing with this layout! I was in the mood to create something playful and whimsical and Sassafrass is just the line to give you that feel! I loved coming up with and making some of my own embellies to match the ones that I bought. What's your favourite line to play with?

School Layout
I only got one layout done at yesterdays crop with the Scrapaholics. I guess I tend to socialize more than scrap sometimes lol. It was good to finally get out and scrap with the girls though as I always feel inspired to keep going. Tonight I'm cleaning and organizing my studio again and hope to get some more layouts done this week. Thanks for stopping by.

Happy 80th Birthday Mom and Danny!
On Saturday night, the whole family enjoyed an amazing dinner at C Restaurant to celebrate my mom's and father-in-law's 80th birthdays. We are so very blessed to have our whole family together for such a wonderful celebration. Below are the cards I made for mom and Danny. The one I made for my mom is one that I have made before inspired by a lady named Doris from Splitcoast Stampers. I just love the Eastern Blooms stamp set! The one for my father-in-law, Danny, is my own design inspired by a sketch from Mojo Monday. Thanks for stopping by.

Mini Christmas Chipboard/Acrylic Album
I had so much fun creating this little mini album. I used the My Little Yellow Bicycle Christmas album and paper kit and added a few of my own embellishments. This is the little album I worked on during our stay at the Pan. I think I'm hooked on these little projects. It's nice to be able to complete an entire project in one day! Thanks for stopping by.

Happy New Year!
Well, what a great year! I have been more creative than any other year I think due to this blogging hobby. It's great to be motivated and inspired by all my wonderful blogging buddies. I love and appreciate all your comments and want to take this opportunity to wish you and yours all the very best for another happy and healthy year! I can't wait to see what new wonderful projects you all come up with this year!
Here's a little slide show of how we spent our holidays this year. It was wonderful to have all the family together and I have to say the highlight for me was our stay at the Pan Pacific for New Years. It was a weekend full of good food, relaxation, family and I even got to scrap! I made a little mini Christmas album that I'll share with you all as soon as I take some photos of it. Thanks for stopping by! Hugs!
