More Webster's Goodness

Not only have I loved playing with my new Primas these past few days but I am now addicted to using my Shimmerz. These little white flowers just popped once I applied some Pixie Dust. Gotta love it!

Can You Say Addicted!?

I am absolutely drooling over my new Websters and Prima goodies! It's almost hard to know when to stop playing with a layout like this. I just want to keep adding more and more pretties! Creative Scrappers is rockin with their sketches and I'm having a great time playing! This layout is based on Jenn DiPaolo's sketch #97. I can't wait for their Birthday Blog Hop starting April 1st. Be sure to stop by and play with us! Thanks for stopping by.

Sketch Challenges 93, 94 and 95 at Creative Scrappers

The sketches over at Creative Scrappes are really inspiring me to produce some fun layouts. Each sketch makes me think of a particular photo and then from there, a particular line of paper that I want to work with. Thanks DT for all the inspiration!

Bring on the Glitter and Glam! - Creative Scrappers Sketch 96

Ok, I gotta say that this is the kind of scrapbooking that I love doing the most! For as long as I can remember, I have always loved that old Victorian, vintage style paper roses and lace. Prima's new collection of to die for papers and embellies is absolutely gorgeous and so much fun to play with! I loved adding some stickles and shimmerz to the flowers and butterflies to make them pop. I was also inspired by Creative Scrappers Sketch 96 this week. Now to complete Sketches 95, 94 and 93 to win a fabulous prize package from their sponsor this month, Scrapbook Star.  I really had fun creating this layout and can't wait to find some more time to start my next one! Thanks for stopping by!

Mission Create 0013

Guest DT over at Mission Create this week is Anna Louise Bowkis of Pencil Lines. She and the rest of the DT put together another great challenge that prompted me to pull out my Earth Love kit. The concepts this week? Use the following on your layout: clouds, at least 5 red buttons, twine, woodgrain and Anna's great sketch. I used all 5 concepts in my layout. Bring on another challenge ladies! I am loving them! Thanks for stopping by!

Mission 0012 over at Mission to Create

Amber Tosh, Guest Designer over at Mission to Create and the rest of the talented DT ladies put together a great challenge for this week (Mission 0012). The mission concepts: a cool Blue Rodeo album cover for inspiration, patterned paper background, no cardstock, use the colours brown, green and blue, decorative tape or Gaffer tape and one or more vintage/retro style products on your page. This is what I came up with. I used all the concepts. I only had one role of 7 Gypsies black and white Gaffer Tape that I was having difficulty incorporating but after adding a little iridescent paint I got it to work with my LO. I love a good challenge and I had fun with this one. Thanks ladies!

Funkalishious Thank You Card

Today was the first day I felt well enough to get up and create. Having the next few weeks off to recover from my surgery, I'm planning on doing a lot of scrappin. Laying in bed blog hopping and oogling at all the gorgeous projects out there has left me with no shortage of inspiration. My mojo is slowly coming back. Here's a Thank You card I made today for a special friend. Thanks for stoppin by!

Birthday Acrylic Album

I've been working on an acrylic album over the past couple days to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This is only the third acrylic album I've made and I had so much fun playing with it! I'm loving making mini albums lately too. Next on my list....the 2010 Olympics and Timberline Ranch Retreat. Yes Diane...you inspired me!
